A SESSION FOR YOU: PREPARING MIND & HEART
Your guide to feeling emotionally ready for your boudoir experience
It’s Okay to Feel Everything. Truly.
Many clients feel a wave of self-doubt in the days before their session. Thoughts like:
“What was I thinking?”
“I’m not model material.”
“What if I look silly?”
These thoughts don’t mean you’re not ready — they mean you care. You don’t need to be fearless. You just need to show up. I’ll guide you from there.
GET CLEAR ON WHY YOU'RE DOING THIS
Reconnect with your "why." Is this for a partner? A milestone? Or for no one but yourself? Boudoir is not about being someone else — it's about coming back to yourself.
PREPARATION IS POWER — BUT NOT PERFECTION
You’ve received your prep guide — but mental prep means knowing you don’t have to do it perfectly.
- Forget something? We’ll work around it.
- Wake up nervous? Totally normal.
- Not feeling like your “best self”? We'll still find your light.
TALK TO ME
If you’re unsure — about poses, outfits, anything — reach out. No question is too small. This session is yours.
MUSIC, MOVEMENT, AND SETTLING IN
The first few minutes might feel awkward — that’s normal. We’ll settle in, put on music, and soon you’ll begin to feel it: A shift from nerves to groundedness. Not performative. Just present.
CONFIDENCE COMES FROM THE EXPERIENCE, NOT BEFORE IT
Many expect to feel confident before the session. But confidence builds during the process — as you move, see the images, and realize…
“This is me.”
AFTER THE SESSION: TAKE IT IN
Don’t rush back into your day. Let yourself acknowledge what you did. You showed up. You softened. You allowed. That matters.
In Closing
You don’t need to change to be worthy of this. You are allowed to take up space. To feel beautiful. To be seen.
This is your moment.
And I can’t wait to create it with you.
